I am a regular faculty at the various institutions accredited to impart training to Agents on various subjects as per syllabus.
 
I have designed the course material and Question bank for the Brokers’ training programme. I am also a faculty for the Broker’s Training Programmes at a few Institutions.
 
  • Various Motor OD related Training programmes for insurance Co’s various officals.Training programes on "Effective Management of Motor OD portfolio with inputs on TP Liability management".
    Participation level: Assistants to Managers
  • Training the Task Force including hand-on inputs during its visits to RO / DO / BO
  • Motor underwriting and Claims. Salient features of the Revised Motor tariff, its advantages/ disadvantages.
  • Motor Loss control, Risk Management.
  • Claims Management.
  • Training of In-house Surveyors. [ This highly specialized programme has been designed and moduled by me ]
  • Effective Management of Motor Own Damage portfolio.
 
Currently have developed a Training Programme on the De-Tariff of OD for the various senior Insurance Management officials to enable them to proactively position themselves to face the coming Free Market Era.
 
I am regularly training the marketing as well as the specialists’ cadre officials of various private sector Non-Life Insurance Co.s
 
Currently I am involved in conducting a very important and special training Programme on EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF MOTOR OD for various insurance officials ranging from Assts to Manager.
